TrackMyHealth (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal health and lifestyle data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and the measures in place to protect it.

2. Data Collection

The App collects personal data you enter, such as diet, sleep, mood, and general wellbeing metrics. Data is transmitted securely to AI providers for processing. The App does not store your data permanently on its servers.

3. Use of Data

Your data is used solely to provide insights and analysis within the App. AI providers involved in processing your data do not use it to train their models unless you explicitly connect your own AI providers.

4. User Control

You have full control over your data. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your information, as the App does not retain data long-term. You may also choose to disconnect or connect your own AI providers at any time.

5. Security

TrackMyHealth employs industry-standard security practices to ensure data is encrypted during transmission. Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Providers

The App uses AI service providers for data processing. These providers do not have access to permanent storage of your personal information and cannot use your data for purposes outside of providing insights within the App.

7. Cookies and Tracking

TrackMyHealth does not use cookies or third-party tracking. The App is designed to minimize data collection and maximize user privacy.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of any personal information we may hold about you. Currently, the only personally identifiable information (PII) we retain is your email address for pin recovery purposes. You can remove it at any time by deleting your email in the Misc Settings screen within the App. Once removed, the App will no longer retain any PII associated with you.
